Ride Along

The Ride Along program was started to improve working relationships between prosecutors and law enforcement officers by helping prosecutors gain a better understanding of the demands and challenges of police work.  During a ride-along, Deputy District Attorneys ride with you to view firsthand the nature of what you do.  If you are interested in having a prosecutor ride along with you, contact your departments Ride Along, Tag Along Coordinator.

Tag Along

The Tag Along program gives you as law enforcement officers the opportunity to observe prosecutors in action.  By contacting the program coordinator in your department, you can shadow a Deputy District Attorney.  You will have the opportunity to observe the requirements, challenges, and rewards of criminal prosecution.  To set up a Tag Along appointment, contact your office’s Tag Along Coordinator (see this list).
