Misdemeanor Prosecution Team
The Misdemeanor Team is charged with prosecuting all the adult misdemeanors committed in unincorporated areas of Salt Lake County. Misdemeanor prosecutors face the challenge of prosecuting a wide variety of cases, from traffic cases and DUIs to assaults and retail thefts.
